Scope of Services:
- Initial Consultation (1-hour session to understand business needs and requirements)
- Terms and Conditions (1 bespoke document)
- Contracts (1 bespoke document, e.g., client contract, service agreement)
- Employment Contract (1 bespoke document for new employees)
- Policies (3 essential policies, e.g., privacy policy, health and safety policy, and equal opportunities policy)
- Document Review (Review of up to 3 existing documents)
Additional Services:
- 1 follow-up consultation (30 minutes) for any revisions or additional advice within 30 days of package delivery.
- Access to ad-hoc legal advice at a discounted rate of £165 per hour for 3 months after package delivery.
- Optional retainer service for ongoing support at a fixed monthly fee (from) £225 based on 3,6, or 10 hours of service per month.
Scale-Up Package
Scope of Services:

- Compliance Check (initial short audit to ensure all legal requirements are being met)
- Document Review (Review of up to 5 existing documents)
- Terms and Conditions (1x review/amend or draft bespoke document)
- Contracts (1x review/amend or draft bespoke document, e.g., supplier contract, partnership agreement)
- Employment Contracts (review/amend or draft up to 3 bespoke documents for various staff needs)
- Policies (review/amend or draft 5 comprehensive policies, e.g., data protection policy, remote working policy, grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure, and environmental policy)
Additional Services:

- Compliance Check (comprehensive audit to ensure legal requirements are being met, including online data protection and business law compliance)
- Document Review (Review of up to 10 existing documents)
- Terms and Conditions (1x review/amend or draft bespoke document)
- Contracts (2x review/amend or draft bespoke documents, e.g., supplier contract, partnership agreement, client contract)
- Employment Contracts (review/amend or draft up to 5 bespoke documents for various staff needs)
- Policies (review/amend or draft 7 comprehensive policies, e.g., data protection policy, remote working policy, grievance procedure, disciplinary procedure, environmental policy, anti-bribery policy, and social media policy)
